Johanna & Josh are married! When Johanna contacted me about photographing her elopement in NYC, I was excited for the opportunity to get to experience New York in a different way that I had in the past. Being a Jersey native, I've never been a fan of driving to NYC. But a lot of that was based on going to NYC for work, specifically office work. But this day was about love. Johanna and Josh coordinated this day so well, that they drove from the Bronx together in the same car, arrived at Top of the Rock, went through security, a long waiting line, the elevator, and onto the observation deck all without Josh seeing his bride! After a first look with their favorite city as the back drop, we headed to Fort Tryon Park where they were joined by their closest family and friend for a beautiful and intimate ceremony. These two love each other and they love their city, and it was a privilege for me to capture all of this love on this perfect day. Congrats to the newly weds!
